后路减压RF-Ⅱ复位内固定椎间融合术治疗35例腰椎滑脱症

摘　　要：目的：探讨后路应用RF椎弓根螺钉复位固定、减压、椎体间及后外侧植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法：对35例腰椎滑脱症患者行后路椎管减压,RF椎弓根螺钉系统复位固定,椎体间及后外侧植骨融合。结果：随访15年,临床疗效优良率为97.14%,612个月X线片34例显示椎体间骨性融合,1例失败。结论：RF椎弓根螺钉复位固定、减压。Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of posterior decompression RF-II internal fixation and inter-vertebra bone plant treatment for lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods：35 lumbar spondylolisthesis patients were treated by employing posterior decompression,RF internal fixation and inter-vertebra bon plant method.Results： The follow-up survey periods range from 1 to 5 years.97.14% of the patients recovered pretty well.X-ray results taken in from 6 to 12 month proved good bone fusion of 34 of the patients,and only one case failed.Conclusions： posterior decompression RF-II internal fixation and inter-vertebra bone plant treatment is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
