商业生态理论视角下的江苏服务外包发展策略

摘　　要：现代公司在变化多端的复杂环境中生存,其长期发展已经不是单个公司所能左右的事情。越来越多的事实表明,现代公司是与其相关的公司、供应商、顾客、社会组织、公众以及自然环境等共同发展的,也就是说,所有企业与组织都应将自己看做是商业生态系统的组成部分。在商业生态系统理论研究的基础上,结合江苏服务外包企业的发展现状,提出基于商业生态系统理论的江苏服务外包企业发展策略,对江苏服务外包企业的发展具有一定的实践指导意义。The modern company survives in the fast changeable complex environment,its long-term development was already not the single company can control.More and more facts indicated that modern company＇s growing strong is accompanied with developrnent of its related company,the supplier,the customer,the social organization,the public as well as the natural environment and so on,all enterprises and the organization should be regarded as the commercial ecosystem constituents.This article is precisely in the commercial ecosystem fundamental research foundation,unifies Jiangsu service outsourcing enterprise＇s present development situation,proposes the development strategy of Jiangsu service outsourcing enterprise based on the commercial ecosystem theory.The study is full of meaning to the practice of Jiangsu service outsourcing.
