静脉留置针加平阳霉素治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察静脉留置针穿刺加平阳霉素灌洗治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效。方法对40例诊断为耳廓假性囊肿患者,用静脉留置针自囊肿下缘穿刺抽液,一次性胶贴固定,囊肿内注入平阳霉素稀释液,最后抽为负压状态。结果 40例患者一次穿刺治愈37例,近期复发的3例经再次治疗痊愈。结论静脉留置针穿刺加平阳霉素灌洗法治疗耳廓假性囊肿方法简单,疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous catheter needle lavage plus Bleomycin on auricular pseudocyst.Methods 40 cases of auricular pseudocyst diagnosed patients with intravenous catheter from the lower edge of cyst puncture fluid,one-time sticker fixed,cyst injection pingyangmycin dilution,the final pumping the vacuum state.Results In 40 patients,there were37 cases cured by one puncture and 3 cases of recurrence were cured.Conclusion The intravenous catheter needle lavage plus Bleomycin treatment of pseudocyst of auricle simple method is effective and should be widely applied.
