摘 要:目的:了解放射损伤后创面愈合速度和创面牵张强度的变化及康复新的促愈作用。方法:采用Wistar大鼠全身5Gy60Coγ线照射复合背部两个圆形的全层皮肤创伤模型,观察康复新对伤后创面愈合速度,创面平均愈合时间和创面牵张强度的影响。结果:大鼠5Gy全身照射后合并创伤组的创面收缩速度慢于单纯创伤组,且其平均愈合时间长于单纯创伤组。伤后第25天复合伤组创面牵张强度显著低于单纯创伤组。不同剂量的康复新均能增强单纯创伤组和复合伤组的创面收缩速度,缩短创面平均愈合时间,提高创面抗张强度,并呈剂量效应关系。固定给药剂量为5mg/次,间隔不同时间用药,也具有类似的效应。相对于单纯创伤而言,康复新对复合伤创面的促愈效果更佳。康复新的用药剂量以每次每个创面用5mg,每天用一次比较适宜。结论:全身辐射合并创伤后,伤口收缩速度减慢,平均愈合时间延长,伤口牵张强度显著降低。康复新显著促进伤口收缩,缩短平均愈合时间。Objective:To study the effects of 5 Gy whole body irradiation on wound contraction and wound tensile strength and to observe the heal promoting effects of Kangfuxin on simple dermal wound and compound wound. Methods:2 full thickness dermal wounds with a diameter of 1.6 cm were inflicted on the back of the rats. In the compound wound group,prior to the infliction of dermal wound,the rat received 5 Gy gamma ray radiation from a 60 Co source. Then the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin on the wound contraction,average wound healing time and wound tensile strength was observed. Results: After gamma ray irradiation,wound contraction and average wound healing time were significantly delayed and wound tensile strength decreased. Kangfuxin accelerated the wound contract,decreased the average wound healing time and improved wound tensile strength in a dosage effect relationship. The heal promoting effect of Kangfuxin was more obvious in irradiated wounds than in simple wound. Conclusion: Whole body irradiation of gamma rays delays the healing of dermal wound. The heal promoting effect of Kangfuxin is more obvious in the compound wound(irradiated with gamma rays) than in the simple wound. A daily dosage of 5 mg of Kangfuxin is advised for the management of skin lesions.
