摘 要:西瓜富含维生素C,但不同瓤色西瓜果实中Vc含量的差异没有报道。以37个二倍体西瓜品种、19个三倍体西瓜品种及25个四倍体西瓜品种为材料,采用碘量法测定了西瓜成熟果实中Vc含量。结果表明:不同瓤色材料的Vc含量差异显著,二倍体、三倍体、四倍体黄瓤品种Vc平均含量分别是红瓤品种的1.88倍、1.86倍、1.32倍。选种或食用时选用黄瓤品种能获得较多的Vc。Watermelon contains high Vc contents.There have been no reports on difference in Vc content of different-colour flesh in watermelon fruit.In this study,watermelon(Citrullus lanatus) cultivars including 37 diploid,19 triploid and 25 tetraploid cultivars were selected to determine Vc content in mature fruits by using iodimetric titration,the results showed that there was a significant difference in Vc content of different-colour flesh materials.Vc contents in yellow-flesh cultivars of diploid,triploid and tetraploid were 1.88 times,1.86 times and 1.32 times as high as in red-flesh cultivars,respectively.The yellow-flesh cultivars could be used to improve Vc content in watermelon breeding and eating.
