消风止痒颗粒抗过敏止痒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察消风止痒颗粒抗过敏、止痒作用,探讨其作用机制。方法通过二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)、右旋糖酐所致小鼠全身性瘙痒及二硝基氟苯(DNFB)对豚鼠致敏激发皮炎的实验,分别观察消风止痒颗粒对小鼠DTH的耳肿胀度、脾指数、胸腺指数、致敏激发皮炎的豚鼠血清白介素2(IL-2)含量及对小鼠全身性瘙痒的影响。结果实验结果表明消风止痒颗粒可抑制DTH小鼠耳肿胀及脾指数、胸腺指数增高;降低豚鼠异常增高的血清IL-2活性;抑制右旋糖酐诱导的小鼠全身性皮肤瘙痒。结论消风止痒颗粒具有明确的抗过敏、止痒作用,其机理可能与降低血清IL-2活性有关。OBJECTIVE To observe the anti-anaphylaxis and relieving itching effects of Xiaofengzhiyang Particles,and discover its mechanism of action.METHODS Through experiment of DTH in mice and experiment of Generalized itching in mice caused by dextran and experiment of sensitized dermatitis in Guinea pig induced by DNFB,to observe respectively the effect of Xiaofengzhiyang Particles on the degree of swelling of ear,spleen index,thymus index about DTH in mice and the content of IL-2 in serum of guinea pig with sensitized dermatitis and generalized itching in mice.RESULTS Experiment indicate Xiaofengzhiyang Particles can decrease the degree of swelling of ear,spleen index and thymus index about DTH in mice,and reduce abnormal activity of IL-2 in serum of guinea pig,and also inhibit generalized itching in mice induced by dextran.CONCLUSION Xiaofengzhiyang Particles have definite effects of anti-anaphylaxis and relieving itching with its mechanism concerned with Reduceing abnormal activity of IL-2 in serum.
