工业锅炉除尘式省煤器的试验与应用

摘　　要：该文介绍一种用于工业锅炉的除尘器式省煤器，在应用时使锅炉除尘器和省煤器合二为一。它具有结构简单、成本低、占地面积小、制造安装方便和烟气无需转向等特点。通过冷模试验和工业应用测试结果表明，这种装置具有较高的除尘效率和良好的传热效果，为降低工业锅炉粉尘排放量和提高锅炉热效率提供了技术改造方案。Abstract The paper introduces a kind a dust collecting type econormizer for industrial boilers, which in practive represents the combination of dust collectors with economizers. They are featured by simplicity of construction, cheapness in cost, occupation of only a small floor area, facility of manufacture and installation as well as by no need for flue gas flow to turn its direction. Cold model experiments and test results during practical application show, that the installation has a relative high dust collecting efficiency and heat transmission effectiveness, which makes it recommendable for retrofitting purposes of boilers to reduce their dust emission and raise their thermal efficiency.
