摘 要:设计阶段是工程建设的关键,设计方案的选择直接影响建筑节能与工程造价。由于建筑节能与工程造价的相关性,笔者发现在设计阶段存在一些影响因素既制约建筑节能又影响工程造价,本文将这些因素分为设计人员因素、建筑节能技术成熟度等六个一级因素,把灰色理论中的聚类分析法引入到节能设计方案中,分析其对造价的影响程度。通过构建灰色聚类模型,得出不同的建筑节能设计方案对造价的影响度,并用实例论证了该分析方法的可操作性和科学性。运用此模型方法,设计者能准确把握各影响因素对造价的影响程度,并根据工程实际情况进行合理优化设计,达到节能效果好造价低的理想效果。The design phase is a key stage for an engineering project.The choice of design schemes directly affects building energy efficiency and engineering cost.There are some factors which will influence both building energy efficiency and engineering cost.The study classifies these impacting factors into six most important ones,such as factors like designers,the maturity of building energy efficiency technology,and so on.At the same time,the authors analyze the importance of these factors based on grey system theory,and construct the grey model about building energy efficiency and engineering cost.At the last part of the paper,a calculation example is presented to illustrate the maneuverability and reasonableness of this method.Using this model,designers can accurately grasp the important factors,which impact on engineering cost,and optimize the design to achieve good energy efficiency and low engineering cost based on practical engineering situation.
