摘 要:色谱分析系统作为综合录井仪主要组成部分,在录井现场施工过程中,用于检测钻遇地层流体中烷烃含量,为快速准确发现和判断油气层提供直接依据,具有无可替代的作用。色谱分析系统原理来源于气相色谱检测技术,由于其设备结构复杂,对工作环境要求比较严格,在运行过程中故障率较高,故障现象也比较繁多。结合生产实际,介绍了常见故障现象,按系统对常见故障进行分类,提出了6大故障类型,并对造成故障的原因进行了分析,对综合录井设备操作与维修人员的现场故障处理提供了借鉴和参考。As the major construction part of the comprehensive mud logging unit,the chromatographic analysis system has the irreplaceable functions on mud logging site,which can be used to detect hydrocarbon content of the formation fluid drilled and provide direct basis for fast and accurate discovering and judgment.The principle of the chromatographic analysis system is from gas chromatographic detection technology.As the structure of the equipment is complex and is seriously restricted by the operational conditions,the malfunction rate happened during the operations is high and the malfunction phenomena occurred in a variety of ways.Combining with the production,the authors introduced the common malfunction,stated 6 types of malfunction classified according to the system,and analyzed the reasons aroused in the malfunction,providing reference for the operators and maintenance staff of the comprehensive mud logging unit on wellsite.
