摘 要:为了推进预应力技术的进一步研究,总结了房屋结构中预应力技术的主要特点,介绍了预应力技术在大跨钢桁架结构、大跨空间屋盖结构、大悬挑桁架、大面积楼盖、板柱结构及转换层结构中的应用实例,分析了预应力技术在房屋结构应用中存在的实际问题,并指出预应力技术的发展方向.The prestressing technology has been widely used in building structures. This paper attempts to analyze the main characteristics of prestressing technology in building structures, including the realization of building large-span constructions, meeting the requirements of large-scale floor without cracks, ensuring the bending performance and the punch-resistant capability of the slab-column structures, and reaching the demands for large span and heavy load in structure conversion etc. Then, it gives some examples about the application of prestressing technology in building structures, which include large-span steel truss structures, long-span roof structures, large cantilevered truss, large-scale slab, slab-column structures and the transfer floor structures. Finally, the problems of applying prestressing technology in building structures are presented.
