摘 要:为了确保锤击管桩设计合理、提高施工质量,通过对柴油锤的冲击过程进行分析,建立了更符合实际打桩过程的柴油锤冲击模型;在对沉桩过程进行研究的基础上,基于应力波理论建立了重锤-桩-土相互作用模型,研究了施工工艺参数、桩的设计参数以及地质条件等对冲击力、桩贯入度等的影响。工程实例的对比分析表明,进行模拟的计算结果与实测结果吻合。The behavior of the drivability of precast pile during driving plays a very important role in geotechnical engineering. To insure the optimization design and construction of precast pile, the behavior of the drivability of precast pile during driving was studied and simulated. Based on the wave equation analysis, the interaction among pile , soil and hammer during the driving process and driveability analysis for selected pile and hammer were simulated practically to determine initial design value. The second phase was to drive test pile and carry through the driving monitoring test, to validate and adjust the parameters of pile, soil and hammer in the initial design plan, and achieve optimized design plan.
