前路减压植骨融合钢板内固定治疗颈椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：目的探讨前路减压植骨融合钢板内固定治疗颈椎间盘突出症的效果。方法 2005年1月～2009年5月采用颈前路减压、取自体髂骨植骨融合钢板内固定术治疗颈椎间盘突出症86例,神经功能改善依据JOA评定标准,分为优、良、可、差四级。结果术后随访7月～4年6月,平均(8±3.5)月,86例患者神经功能改善优41例,良31例,可12例,差2例,优良率83.72%。结论前路减压植骨内固定术是治疗颈椎间盘突出症的有效方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical outcome of treatment of the anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with rigid plate fixation for cervical disc herniation. Methods Eighty six patients with cervical disc herniation had been treated by multilevel anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with rigid plate fixation from Jan 2005 to May 2009. All patents were scored with JOA evaluating system, and the grade were divided into excellent, good, fair and poor basing on the JOA criteria. Results The follow - up period were 7 months to 4 years and 6 months, averaged 8 ± 3.5 months. There were 41 cases belong to the excellent, 31 to the good, 12 to the fair and 2 to the poor basing on the Judet criteria. The good and excellence rate was 83.72 % in patients. Conclusion The anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with rigid plate fixation is one of the effective methods to treat cervical disc herniation.
