摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜下T_(2～4)交感神经链切断术治疗手足多汗症的效果。方法手足多汗症患者24例均在胸腔镜下行双侧T_(2～4)交感神经链切断术,术中监测双手掌、双足体温变化,术后随访、评价手足多汗消失情况。结果 22例患者术后多汗症状均消失,2例术后出现代偿性多汗。结论胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术是治疗多汗症有效的微创治疗方法,其手术技巧和并发症的预防对治疗效果至关重要。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of thoracoscopic T2 - 4 sympathectomy for palmar and foot hyperhidrosis. Methods Bilateral thorascopic T2 - 4 sympathectomy were performed in 24 cases. Palmar and foot skin temperature were monitored simultaneously during operation and the efficacy was evaluated after operation. Results The symptoms disappeared completely in all patients immediately after the operation. In all 24 patients had a satisfactory results. Conclusion Thoracoscopic sympathectomy is the most effective and minimally invasive treatment for hyperhidrosis. The operative skill and the prevention of complication are two important points to the successful therapeutic effective.
