通筋活络胶囊中2味药材的薄层色谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的:建立全蝎、地龙的薄层鉴别方法,对通筋活络胶囊质量进行控制。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中的全蝎、地龙进行鉴别。结果:薄层色谱上均鉴别出制剂中2种药材的特征斑点,空白对照色谱中无此斑点。结论:该法操作简单,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for controling the quality of Tongjin Huoluo Capsules by TLC.Methods：To identify the prescription of Scorpio and Earthworm by TLC.Results：The thin-layer chromatography was identified on the preparation of the characteristics of two kinds of medicine spots,no such spots in the control chromatography.Conclusion：The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used for controlling the two kinds Medicine in Tongjin Huoluo Capsules.
