养阴清热利咽法治疗小儿慢性咽炎38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养阴清热利咽法治疗小儿慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院门诊慢性咽炎患儿75例,随机分为两组。其中治疗组38例,以养阴清热利咽法治疗,并同时含服地喹氯胺含片。对照组37例,仅含服地喹氯胺含片治疗。疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为92.1%,对照组有效率为72.9%,经统计学处理,两组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论以养阴清热利咽法治疗小儿慢性咽炎有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of nourishing yin and clearing away heat and relieving sore-throat methods for children chronic pharyngitis. Methods 75 cases of children chronic pharyngitis were divided into 2 groups randomly, 38 cases of the treatment group was given the nourishing yin and clearing away heat and relieving sore-throat methods, and Dikui Lvan, while the control group was only taken Dikui Lvan. 4 weeks was a course of treatment. Results The effect rats in treatment group was 92.1%, that in control group was 72.9 %, there was different in 2 groups（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Nourishing yin and clearing away heat and relieving sore-throat methods has better curative effects in treating children chronic pharyngitis.
