双黄连雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察双黄连粉针剂雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法将我院从2008年5月到2009年6月收治的76例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组36例,两组均用利巴韦林静滴,合并细菌感染者加用抗生素静滴,治疗组在此基础上加用双黄连雾化吸入,每日1次,连续用药5d,观察患儿治疗前后发热、咽痛、拒食、流涎等症状及溃疡消失情况。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论双黄连粉针剂雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎可迅速改善咽部症状及体征,缩短病程,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of treating children herpetic angina. Methods 76 cases Shuanghuanglian （SHL） injection aerosol inhalation in of children herpetic angina were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group. The children of both groups were intravenous injection of ribavirin. If complicated with bacterial infections, they were intravenous antibiotics. In addition to this, the treatment group was aerosol inhalation of SHL injection, one time a day. Observed the changes of fever, sore throat, poor feeding, salivation and the disappearance of ulcers before and after treatment. Results The treatment group was more effective than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion SHL injection aerosol inhalation in treating children herpetic angina can rapidly improve the symptoms and signs of pharyngeal and duration, it is worthy to be popularizing
