摘 要:目的探讨脊髓损伤患者泌尿系感染的菌株构成及耐药性特点,为临床治疗泌尿系感染提供依据。方法对2006年1月~2009年10月本院收治的168例脊髓损伤患者泌尿系感染情况进行回顾性调查,分析病原体构成及药敏结果。结果脊髓损伤并发泌尿系感染者尿标本共培养出细菌221株,以G-菌为主,占73.76%,其中大肠埃希菌占40.27%;G+菌占19.00%,其中金黄色葡萄球菌占9.05%。结论脊髓损伤患者泌尿系感染的主要菌群为肠杆菌属,临床治疗应根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗生素,以减少耐药菌株的产生。Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens of urinary tract infections in patients with spinal cord disorders and provide a basis for clinical treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods Urinary tract infections were retrospectively studied in 168 patients with spinal cord disorders in this hospital from Jan 2006 to Oct 2009.Pathogen analysis and drug sensitivity testing were done.Results A total of 221 strains of pathogens were identified from patients′ urine specimens.The main pathogens were Gram-negative bacteria(73.76%).Of these,Escherichia coli was the most prevalent(40.27%).Other pathogens were Gram-positive bacteria(19.00%).Of these,Staphylococcus aureus was the most prevalent(9.05%).Conclusion The main pathogens were Enterobacteriaceae which infected the urinary tract of patients with spinal cord disorders.Antibiotics should be used rationally according to the results of testing the pathogen′s sensitivity to drugs,helping to reduce the development of drug-resistant strains.
