摘　　要：介绍了德尔菲调查法与技术路线图相结合的技术预测研究,从太原市"八大功能"区技术发展战略、太原市战略性新兴产业和重点产业技术发展预测、关键技术选择和重点发展技术凝练等方面,阐述了如何进行太原市"十二五"技术发展预测的实证研究。In this paper, the auhor introduced prediction of technology by using Delphi survey method and route chart technology. Then the author expounded that how to forecast development of Taiyuan the twelfth five development plan from aspects of developmental strategy of＂8 functional zone＂, Taiyuan strategic new industry, development prediction of key industry, choosing key technology and development.
