海南文明生态村向发展休闲农业转向刍议

摘　　要：海南文明生态村建设起步于2000年，立足于农村生态环境的优势，政府帮助农民从改善村容村貌村风入手．走出一条先生活后生产的独特发展路径。目前部分条件优越的文明生态村转向发展休闲农业，条件具备，市场也趋于成熟，机遇难得。发展休闲农业可以有力促进城乡之间的人流、物流和信息流的交换，是城市对于农村的物质反哺和精神反哺，是现代文明对于传统文明的反哺，这种反哺完全依照经济规律自然发生，其影响更为持久和深远。In 2000, the construction of Hainan civilization ecological village set foot on the advantage of village ecological environment and explored a new way of development of ＂living first, producing second＂ under the help of government in improving the outlook of villages. Presently, part of the ecological villages have transformed to developing leisure agriculture with full preparation, mature market and good chances. The development of leisure agriculture can improve the exchange of crowd flow, material flow and the flow of information between city and village, reflecting mental and material nurturing between city and village, modern civilization and traditional civilization, depending on the economic rules and producing profound influence.
