摘　　要：采用气浮－UMBR工艺处理机械加工废水，运行结果表明该工艺处理效果稳定，在进水CO跳，726～761mg／L、LAS44～58mg／L、SS334～379mg／L，色度863～875倍时，系统对CODCr、LAS、SS和色度的去除率分别为94．5％、99．4％、98．6％和98％，出水达到回用水标准。The application of air flotation- UMBR process in mechanical processing wastewater treatment was introduced. The operation results showed the process system effect was stable. When the average influent CODCr was 726-761 mg/L, LAS was 44-58 mg/L, SS was 334~379 mg/L and colority was 863--875 times, the removal rate of CODcr, LAS, SS and colority could reach 94.5 %, 99.4 %,98.6 % and 98 % respectively, and the effluent could satisfy the recycling water standards.
