摘 要:在世界经济一体化发展的今天,组织间跨国合作日益深化,而信任危机是制约组织成功进行跨国合作的重要因素,因此,跨国合作组织间信任修复是一个亟须深入探讨的问题。组织间信任修复的落脚点依然是个体,但修复对象的选择需要考虑众多组织因素。制度和文化的差异对跨国合作组织间信任修复具有非常重要的影响,制度差异影响信任者倾向,文化差异影响归因过程和可信赖性感知。跨国合作组织间信任修复需要在了解对方组织特点、制度背景和文化背景的基础上,审慎地选择信任修复的对象、措施和方式。In today’s integrated world economy, the transnational cooperation among the organizations is deepening. Trust crisis is the important factor restricting the successful international cooperation. So, trust repair among the cross-border cooperation organizations is an issue needed to explore deeply. The foothold of the trust repair among organizations is still the individual. However, the choice of the repaired objects needs to consider a number of organizational factors. The institutional and cultural differences will impact the trust repair between cross-border cooperation organizations. The institutional differences will affect the trust propensity, while the cultural differences will affect the attributive process and the perceived trustworthiness. Trust repair among international cooperation organizations needs to choose the objects, measures and methods carefully, after understanding the organizational characteristics, institutional and cultural background of the target party.
