摘  要:通过室内培养试验,研究了在不同温度下,磁处理对棕壤中细菌数量及动态变化的影响。研究表明,在15℃、25℃和35℃3种温度下,100 mT场强的磁场对棕壤细菌的数量均表现出抑制作用,并且随着温度的升高,100 mT磁场对细菌数量的抑制效果有增加的趋势;在3种温度下3,00 mT场强对细菌生长繁殖均为促进作用,特别是在35℃条件下,300 mT场强处理的细菌数量比对照提高7.07%~53.02%,磁处理的土壤细菌数量与对照相比差异达显著和极显著。500 mT和700 mT两种场强在15℃和35℃下对棕壤细菌数量有较显著的促进效果,但是在35℃下的磁效应更显著且延续时间长。25℃下,只有300 mT处理的细菌数量始终高于对照。磁场对棕壤细菌生长繁殖影响最大的是35℃条件下300 mT场强处理。The incubation experiment was conducted to study the effect of the magnetic treatment on the number of brown soil bacteria and its dynamic change at different temperatures.The research showed that 100 mT magnetic treatment inhibited the increment of the brown soil bacteria amount at the temperatures of 15 ℃,25 ℃ and 35 ℃,and the trend of inhibition effect increased with the higher temperature;magnetic treatments of 500 and 700 mT accelerated significantly the brown soil bacterial amount at the temperatures of 15 ℃ and 35 ℃,and 300 mT magnetic treatment promoted the brown soil bacterial amount in all the treatments.And these promoting effects on soil bacterial amount were most significant on 3rd and 7th day after treatment at 25 ℃ and even continued until 21 days after the application of magnetic treatment at 35 ℃.However,300 mT magnetic treatment had no significantly promoting effects at 15 ℃.Furthermore,temperature variation changed the responses of bacteria under the high magnetic field such as 500 and 700 mT.
