高血压患者的心理健康及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的:观察当前我市高血压患者中焦虑抑郁的发病情况及与高血压的关系,为我市高血压的心理状况防治工作提供参考。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,选取我市高血压患者500人与正常健康人员200人进行。结果:高血压患者的SAS与SDS评分分别为481±10.1分和40.5±8.5分,均显著高于(P<0.05)对照组(31.5±5.1分,24.5±3.7分)。结论:对于高血压合并焦虑抑郁的患者,降低焦虑抑郁水平,增强医从性,从而更好地控制血压。Objective： To observe the current city hypertensive patients and the incidence of anxiety and depression and hype.rtansion： high blood pressure for the city state of mind control as a reference. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling, 500 hypertensive patients selected city health officers and 200 normal persons. Results： Hypertensive patients with SAS and SDS scores were 481：t：10.1 minutes and 40.5±8.5 min, were significantly higher than （P〈0.05） control group （31.5±5.1 min, 24.5±3.7points） . Conclusion： For patients with hypertension with anxiety depression, lowerlevelsofanxietyanddepression, increased from medieine, thus better control ofblood pressure.
