摘 要:目的:研究马齿苋提取物对小鼠运动前肌糖原的超量贮备作用及其干预机制。方法:将54只小鼠选用昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为3组,对照组(蒸馏水)、实验Ⅰ组(2.5%马齿苋水溶液)、实验Ⅱ组(5%马齿苋水溶液)、每组18只小鼠。每次按剂量10 m l/kg,每天2次,连续饮用7 d。于末次用药后24小时每组各取9只行力竭游泳实验,记录力竭游泳时间,其余9只处死后留取股四头肌,用于骨骼肌糖原含量和乳酸脱氢酶、丙酮酸激酶的活性的测定。结果:与对照组相比,实验Ⅰ组和实验Ⅱ组均可显著提高运动前肌糖原含量(p<0.05),并能显著延长力竭游泳时间(p<0.05);与对照组相比,实验Ⅰ组对骨骼肌乳酸脱氢酶无显著影响(p>0.05),而实验Ⅱ组可显著降低骨骼肌乳酸脱氢酶活力(p<0.05);与对照组相比,实验Ⅰ组和实验Ⅱ组均可显著提高骨骼肌丙酮酸激酶活性(p<0.05)。结论:马齿苋对运动前肌糖原储备具有显著促进作用,并能显著提高运动主体的运动耐力。补充马齿苋可在无需调整糖类摄取比例的情况下获得肌糖原超量补偿效果,进而为运动主体获得最大运动能力提供前期物质贮备。Objective:To study the intervention mechanism of purslane on the overstock level of muscle glycogen in mice before motion.Methods: 54 male Kunming mice were randomly and evenly divided into 3 groups.Control Group(distilled water),Exprimental Group I(2.5% purslane aqueous solution),Exprimental Group II(5% purslane aqueous solution),each group 18 mice.The intaking of fluid is according to the level of 10ml/kg each time,twice a day.The mice in each group were required to drink from the corresponding fluid for seven days continuously.By 24 hours after the last intake of the fluid,nine mice from each group were selected for the exhaustive swimming test.The time taken for exhaustive swimming test is recorded.The remaining nine mice were executed and quadriceps femoris was taken for the tests of the activity of skeletal muscle glycogen level,lactic dehydrogenase and pyruvate kinase.Results: Compared with Control Group,both Exprimental Group I and Exprimental Group II can significantly improve level of muscle glycogen before motion(p〈0.05) and increase exhaustive swimming time significantly.Compared with Control Group,Exprimental Group I has no obvious effect on skeletal muscle dehydrogenase level(p〉0.05),in contrast,Exprimental Group II can significantly reduce activity of skeletal muscle lactic dehydrogenase(p〈0.05).Compared with Control Group,both Exprimental Group I and Exprimental Group II can increase the activity of skeletal muscle pyruvate kinase significantly.Conclusion: Purslane has significant promotive effect on muscle glycogen storage,and is able to improve motion subject's endurance significantly.Intaking of purslane can attain the effect of muscle glycogen overstock compensation without changing the ratio of sugar intake.Consequently,the process can provide early stage material stage to maximise the motion acitivity for the subject.
