摘　　要：本文引入R&D投入强度、R&D经费相对规模、R&D人员相对规模等测度指标,根据《2009年山东科技统计年鉴》提供的数据,对山东省各地市R&D投入水平进行比较分析,在此基础上,通过聚类分析R&D投入水平差异,对山东省各地市进行科学分类。In this article, the authors introduce the indicators as R＆D input intensity, the relative R＆D funding size, and the relative size of R＆D personnel. According to the date that has been offered by ＂The 2009 Statistical Yearbook of Shandong Science and Technology＂, the R＆D financial input levels of the municipalities in Shandong Province are compared; and on these bases, the municipalities in Shandong Province are classified in a scientific method in the light of the different R ＆ D investment levels.
