摘　　要：采用SWOT综合分析法,在全面分析四川天然气化工产业发展的内外部因素基础上,制定四川天然气化工产业发展战略备选方案,利用QSPM定量战略计划矩阵分析方法得到备选方案的战略吸引力总分和排序,筛选出符合四川天然气化工产业发展需要的战略方案。This paper,using SWOT comprehensive analysis method,based on a comprehensive analysis of internal and external factors of natural gas chemical industry development,develops development strategic option planning of natural gas chemical industry development in Sichuan,using QSPM quantitative analysis method of strategic plan matrix gets the strategic attraction total score and sorting of option planning selects strategic program according with Sichuan Natural Gas Chemical Industry development.
