摘　　要：在女性主义的早期阶段,"服饰"被看作是和觉醒了的女性密切相关的重要因素。某种意义上,服饰可以被看作是自我的身体的一种扩展,女性与服饰的关系如果被置于这样的层面来进行解读,就能把握到女性隐藏于服饰背后的那种主体建构的潜在要求。本文从凯特.肖邦和张爱玲笔下的人物出发,分析了东西方服饰在文学作品中的象征意义和其改变在女性觉醒中扮演的重要角色。In the rudimentary stage of Feminism,clothing was considered to be an important factor related to the awakened females.To some extent,clothing is an extension of the human body.Whenever the relation between female and women are discussed under this aspect,the nature could be seen.This essay starting with the heroines in the works of Kate Chopin and Zhang Ailing,takes an deep insight into the symbolic meanings of clothing in eastern and western literature works and its important rule in the awakening of females.
