摘 要:CuInSe2(简称CIS)及其衍生物因其优良的光伏特性而成为薄膜太阳能电池领域的研究热点。详细介绍了CIS系粉体的各种制备方法与研究进展,评述了各制备工艺的特点;并介绍了CIS系粉体在光电领域的应用情况。总结了CIS系粉体的研究现状,并提出了利用其制备溅射靶材以大幅度改进现有吸收层薄膜制备工艺的思路。CuInSe2(CIS) and its derivatives attract much attention in the field of thin-film solar cells due to their excellent photovoltaic characteristics.A comprehensive review is presented on the preparation methods and research developments of CIS system powders,and the relative merits of these methods are analyzed.The applications of CIS system powders for photovoltaic cells are also recommended.The research status of CIS system powders is summarized,and the idea of using these powders to fabricate sputtering targets,which can lead great improvement on existing technology preparing absorbing thin films,are also proposed.
