摘　　要：现代社会条件下防震减灾的公众理解和公众参与,需要新的理论思考和新的技术支持。本文从"行动者网络理论"等理论概念和"社区模型"、"云计算"、"物联网"等新技术的角度,探讨地震科学和防震减灾的公众理解和公众参与问题,试图为面临挑战的防震减灾公众理解和公众参与提供新的视角。Public understanding and participation of earthquake science needs new theoretical guidance and new technical supports.Theoretical concepts such as ‘Actor-Networking Theory （ANT）＇ and techniques such as Community Model, ‘cloud computing＇, and ‘internet of things＇ provide a new perspective for the public understanding and participation of earthquake science which is facing to new challenges.
