摘 要:采用十二烷基苯磺酸与自制药剂反应的产物,与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)及吐温80复配,得到一种针对混合废纸的高效脱墨剂,研究了各药剂配用量对废纸脱墨效果的影响,通过优化试验确定各药剂的最佳配用量(脱墨剂配方)为w(自制药剂)=50%、w(AES)=20%、w(OP-10)=20%和ω(吐温80)=10%。试验表明,自制脱墨剂有良好的脱墨效果。脱墨剂用量为0,3%时,脱墨后浆的白度为77.46%ISO,残余油墨浓度(ERIC)降低为132.43 mg/kg。其效果优于目前市面上销售的3种脱墨剂,是一种针对办公废纸的新型高效脱墨剂。A deinking agent was prepared by LAS, AES, OP-10, Tween-80 and self-made pharmacy. The effects of the ratios of these surfactants on deinking performance for mixed wastepaper deinking were investigated, and the optimum dosage of these surfactants(the formula of deinking agent) was presented as follows:w(self-made pharmacy) :w (AES) : w(OP-10) : w(吐温80)= 5 : 2 : 2 : 1. The application results showed that the deinking agents were good performed. When the dosage of deinking agent was 0.3%, the deinked pulp whiteness achieved 77.46%ISO, and the ERIC was reduced to 132.43 mg/kg, having a higher effect than 3 commercial deinking agents supplied in current market. It is a new high efficiency deinking agent for the mixed wastepaper.
