摘 要:为更准确地反映哈尔滨城市公园的使用情况,促进哈尔滨城市公园分布的合理化和公平化,基于GIS分析平台,从可达性和服务效率2个角度对哈尔滨城市公园的服务状况进行评价。结果显示:1)通过可达性分析,研究区在500m和1000m服务半径范围内分别只有13.67%和28.99%的区域可以方便地到达城市公园,哈尔滨城市公园数量不足且空间分布不均匀;2)通过服务效率分析,在500m和1000m服务半径范围内分别只有23.8%和51.89%的研究区人口能够享受到城市公园的服务。哈尔滨城市公园服务的公平性有待提高。To reflect Harbin urban parks' service situation more accurately, bringing a great rationalization and equity to distribution, the research evaluated Harbin's urban parks' service situation based on both angles of accessibility and service efficiency by the GIS-based analysis platform. The results showed that 1) Using accessibility analysis, under 500m and 1 000m service radius only 13.67% and 28.99% respectively of the study area can reach urban parks easily; 2) Using service efficiency analysis, under 500m and 1 000m service radius, there are only 23.8% and 51.89% respectively of the citizens can be served by the urban parks; 3) The evaluation of urban parks' service situation based on accessibility and service efficiency is more precise and reasonable than the traditional evaluation indexes. The case study has collected accurate date files on accessibility and service efficiency of Harbin's urban parks. The research and results will certainly provide reference for future planning and managing of the urban parks.
