震动器机座挤压铸造模具设计及研究

摘　　要：通过对机座挤压铸造模具的设计，给出了斜滑块挤铸模的设计要点，研究了制件的工艺过程，对工艺参数和模具结构参数进行了优化。Having been finished the design of squeeze casting machine shell model,it provides design key points of squeeze casting model with slant slide parts,researches the technology about the product and optimizes the parameters of technoloy and model structure.The results are suitable for similar squeeze casting of parts.
