摘　　要：该文研究中国近代建筑史时期(1840-1949)社会与城市的现代化进程及近代城市的分类原则,剖析按不同发展模式开始现代化进程的近代城市典型实例上海、大连与济南,并从城市道路系统构成肌理的视角比较研究中国近代城市的发展进程,探讨中国传统城市与近代城市的本质区别,以及以上海和大连为代表的两种近代城市发展模式的利弊。This paper studies the modernization course of Chinese society and city and the classifying principle of modern Chinese city,and analyses the types of modern Chinese city such as Shanghai,Dalian and Tsinan that began modernization course following different development model.Then studies the development course of modern Chinese city fron the angle of view of the texture of city road structure and discusses the differences in Chinese traditional city and modern city and the advantages and disadvantages of two development models of modern Chinese city,for example,Shanghai and Dalian.
