摘　　要：本文首先从掩土住宅的基本理论出发,肯定掩土住宅在生态节能上的巨大研究意义。而后分析了我国农村地区的优势,针对几种典型气候和地形提出了几种适用的建筑形式,并用计算机进行了非掩土与掩土房间的负荷初步模拟分析,为特殊地区新农宅的设计提出一种新思路。Basing on the principal theory of the earth-sheltered house, this article emphasizes the great significance for reaserch first,and then analysizes the superiority or rural areas in China. It proposes some building forms according to some typical climates and terrains,finally, the writer analysizes and compares the enegy- consumption between no-eorth-shellered and earth-sheltered houses with computer,it is a new method for houses design in special areas.
