韶关电厂200 MW机组变负荷调峰过程中转子应力在线监测的研究

摘　　要：根据韶关电厂２００ＭＷ机组变负荷调峰运行的实测数据，利用有限单元法计算转子温度应力场所得到的结果，将计算转子应力的解析法和数值法结合起来，推导出应力在线监测的数学模型。这种方法不仅仅是针对变负荷调峰过程，也可推广到其他调峰方式的应力在线监测。According to test data on peak regulation operating for 200 MW steam turbine in Shaoguan Power Plant, using finite element's results of temperature stress, integrating analytic means and numeric means, deduce numeric model about stress on line detection. This means not only aims at peak regulation operating, but also extends to other operating mode of stress on line detection.
