摘　　要：主要介绍哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司为莲花水电站设计制造的水轮机座环平面打磨机的设计原理、结构形式及使用情况，重点介绍磨头系统的设计原理。This paper mainly introduces the designing principle, the structure and the operation of the dresser developed and produced by HEC for the stay ring on hydraulic turbine of Lianhua water power station. Emphasts is given on the design of dresser head.
