摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧对有机磷中毒致后发性多发性神经病的治疗途径。方法对高压氧治疗30例有机磷中毒后迟发性多发性神经病临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后感觉障碍较运动障碍恢复快,上肢较下肢恢复快,近端较远端恢复快。结论高压氧治疗有机磷中毒后迟发性多发神经病,配合功能锻炼,远期效果良好。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on delayed polyneuropathy induced by organophosphorus poisoning.Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of delayed polyneuropathy induced by organophosphorus poisoning were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results After treatment,the recovery from sensational disorder was quicker than that from disorder in movement,and the recovery of upper limbs was faster than that of lower limbs especially at their proximal part.Conclusion The result of this study indicated that diagnosis and treatment in time in association with functional exercise will obtain good long term result.
