染色棉与本色棉纤维性能的对比分析

摘　　要：探讨本色棉纤维经过染色后性能的变化,分别对染色棉、本色棉纤维的手感进行了主观评定,并借助电子显微镜、纤维长度分析仪、细度分析仪、单纤维强力机等仪器对染色棉、本色棉的表面状态、纤维长度、细度、回潮率、纤维拉伸性能、摩擦性能等物理机械性能进行了测试和分析.实验结果表明,染色棉纤维的各项性能比本色棉纤维均略有不同程度的下降,对后道纺纱工序产生较为不利的影响.In order to discuss the properties changes of dyeing cotton fiber,the fabric handle of raw cotton fiber and dyeing cotton fiber were assessed subjectively.Surface state,fiber length,fiber fineness,mosture regain fiber tensile property,friction property of the raw cotton and dyeing cotton were analyzed by using electron microscope,fiber length tester,fiber fineness tester,single fiber tensile strenght tester and so on.Compared with raw cotton,each property of dyeing cotton decreases in a certain extent,which will produce bad effect to spinning process.
