石灰—石膏法在烧结烟气脱硫中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了钢铁企业烧结机烟气采用湿式石灰—石膏法进行脱硫的基本原理和工艺方法,结合已投入使用的系统进行了分析和探讨,对影响脱硫效率的诸多因素,如烟气中SO2浓度、液气比、pH值、吸收反应过程、特性、最终产品石膏的形成进行了理论分析和研究。通过对系统设备、特性的研究,提出了控制液气比、调节浆液pH值和烟气性质等保障系统高效稳定运行的措施。This article describes the basic principles and process methods at wet lime-gypsum desulfurization system in Sinter chain of steel enterprise, put emphasis on the affection of these factors such as SO2 concentration, liquid to gas ratio, pH, absorption reaction, per- formance, and the final product. It proposed some measures, such as controlling the liquid to gas ratio, adjusting pH value of slurry and flue gas properties to guarantee the system running in a high performance and stability way.
