RAPD分析在诸葛菜与太白诸葛菜种间正反交杂种中的应用

摘　　要：用２０个随机序列的寡聚核苷酸作为引物，对诸葛菜９５００２和太白诸葛菜９５－４９及其种间正反交杂种进行了ＲＡＰＤ分析，９个引物的扩增产物在９５００２和９５－４９间相似率为４８．１％，差异较大；在其正反交杂种中相似率为９６．６％，差异不明显．ＲＡＰＤ产物在亲子间的传递符合孟德尔遗传。RAPD analysis was made in interspecific reciprocal crosses of Orychophragmus violaceus Orychophragmus taibaiensis .Nine out of twenty primers showed differences between O. violaceus and O. taibaiensis. These nine primers produced 20 fragments in 95002 and 34 in 95 49 with the similarity of 48.1%,44 bands in 95002×95 49 and 43 in 95 49×95002 with similarity of 96.6%.The result indicated that amplified products representing genomic polymorphism are inherited in Mendelian fashion.Moreover,this interspecific reciprocal crosses system is useful for selecting polymorphic primers in the study of genetic diversity and systematics by RAPD technique.
