球茎甘蓝花托花柄组织培养及其植株再生

摘　　要：球茎甘蓝花托、花柄在ＭＳ＋２，４－Ｄ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋６－ＢＡ１ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基上培养，诱导形成愈伤组织．愈伤组织在ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋６－ＢＡ３ｍｇ／Ｌ的分化培养基上培养，能分化出芽．花托在附加６－ＢＡ和ＧＡ３的ＭＳ培养基上培养，能直接出芽．花柄在附加６－ＢＡ或６－ＢＡ和ＧＡ３的ＭＳ培养基上培养，能直接出芽．芽通过继代培养。The calli were produced when the floral receptacle and floral shoot of Brassica caulorapa were cultivated in media MS plus,2,4 D(0.5mg/L) and 6 BA(1mg/L).The buds were produced when the calli were cultivated in MS plus NAA(0.5mg/L) and 6 BA(3mg/L).On MS plus 6 BA and GA 3,the direct bud organogenesis could be induced from floral receptacle.MS plus 6 BA or MS plus 6 BA and GA 3,the direct bud organogenesis from floral shoot.The regenerated plants could be obtained from the buds through cultivation.
