摘  要:目的了解广元市5个县区8 10岁小学生碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法对广元市5个县区小学497名学生采集尿液,用W S/T107-2006砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘。结果 5个县区共检测尿样497份,其尿碘中位数为336.90μg/L,各县区未检出尿碘<20μg/L的样本,尿碘<50μg/L的样本占0.60%,尿碘>100μg/L的样本占检测总数的94.57%,其中尿碘>300μg/L的样本占检测总数的57.55%。结论广元市5个县区学龄儿童碘摄入量可以满足人体需要碘营养状况良好,但仍需继续做好合格碘盐的供应和监测,同时应该密切关注学龄儿童碘摄入量,防止补碘过量,开展健康教育。Objective To understand the iodine level of the students aged 8-10 years in 5 counties in Guangyuan and provide evidence for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorder.Methods The urine samples of the students in 5 county primary schools in Guangyuan was collected to detect urine iodine level with arsenic Ce catalytic spectrophotometry of WS/T107-2006.Results A total of 497 urine samples were tested and the median of urine iodine was 336.90 μg / L.No sample with urine iodine 〈20 μg/L was detected.The samples with urinary iodine〈 50μg/L accounted for 0.60%,those with urine iodine 〉100 μg/L accounted for 94.57%,and those with urine iodine 〉300μg/L accounted for 57.55% of the total.Conclusion The intake of iodine of the students in 5 counties in Guangyuan could meet the needs for their body development.It is still necessary to strengthen the supplying of qualified iodized salt,the surveillance and conduct health education.Close attention should be paid on children's iodine intake to prevent the over-intaking
