摘　　要：目的了解蒲江县农村外出务工人员及家属艾滋病防治知、信、行情况,为今后防治工作提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法抽查2个镇,对常住户口在该镇,近1年跨县外出务工3个月及以上的人员及家属且年龄在1549岁者利用自制问卷进行面对面调查,了解其对艾滋病防治知、信、行情况。结果本次共调查外出务工人员341人,以初中、小学为主,家属505人,以小学为主。对艾滋病知识的知晓率二者分别为75%和56%,对蚊虫叮咬是否会传染H IV的正确回答率分别为39.30%和33.27%,表示会与感染H IV的亲朋好友继续来往的回答二者分别为52.20%和33.27%,未做过艾滋病自愿咨询检测比率二者分别为90%和95%。二者对安全套的使用率均较低。结论外出务工人员及家属对艾滋病知识了解不足,信念需要纠正,行为需要提高。今后工作中要根据外出务工人员、家属的不同情况加强艾滋病防治知识宣传,提高安全套使用率、自愿咨询检测率。Objective To understand the levels of AIDS related knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） among the rural migrant workers and their family members in Pujiang and provide evidence for the prevention and control of AIDS.Methods A randomized sampling survey was carried out in two townships,and the rural migrant workers（working for over 3 months in other areas） and their family members aged 15-49 years completed questionnaires and received face-to-face interviews to know their KAP about AIDS.Results Totally 341 rural migrant workers（education levels：junior middle school or below） and 505 family members（education level： primary school） were surveyed.The awareness rates of AIDS knowledge were 75% and 56% respectively,the correct answer rates of whether HIV infected mosquito bite would cause transmission were 39.30% and 33.27%,the people would keep contact with HIV infected persons accounted for 52.20% and 33.27%,and the people without HIV voluntary counseling and testing accounted for 90% and 95%.The condom use rates were low in two groups.Conclusion The migrant workers and their family members lacked knowledge about AIDS,they should change their attitude and practice to AIDS.The AIDS prevention and voluntary counseling and testing should be strengthened among the rural migrant workers and their family members.
