摘 要:为了探索新的P2O5及稀土元素富集方式,采用稀硫酸为浸出剂,对温度、液固比、硫酸质量分数及反应时间等影响磷块岩风化的因素进行了初步实验、单因素实验及正交实验,结果表明:当温度为40±3℃,硫酸质量分数2%,液固比4∶1,反应时间40 min时,含稀土磷块岩中P2O5的品位从26.13%富集到31.91%,富集率为22.12%;稀土元素的品位从0.054%富集到0.152%。This research focuses on new enrichment method of P2O5 and RE2O3. By using diluted sulfuric acid as leaching agent, weathering factors such as temperature,liquid-solid ratio, concentration of sulfuric acid and action time were studied. On the basis of preliminary experiment, single factor and orthogonal test, weathering process of phosphate rock was simulated to explore the optimal conditions of P2O5 and RF2O3 enrichment. The results show that the optimal enrichment conditions are as follows: temperature is around 40 ±3 ℃, sulfuric acid concentration is 2 %, liquid-solid ratio is 4 : 1 and the action time is 40 min. Under the selected conditions, the grade of P2O5 in phosphate rock was enhanced from 26.13% to 31. 91%, obtaining an enrichment rate of 22. 12%, and meanwhile, RF2O3 grade was also enriched form 0. 054 % to 0. 152 %.
