摘 要:按3×5不完全双列杂交试验设计,对3个甘蓝自交系和5个自交不亲和系的主要经济性状进行了配合力测定、遗传力估算和性状相关性分析。结果表明,各亲本的一般配合力差异较大且同一杂交组合各性状间和同一性状各杂交组合间的特殊配合力效应差异都较大。经配合力总效应分析出优良杂交组合为:小楠木叶×70、鸡心×70、小楠木叶×107和牛心×107。遗传力大小顺序为:球形指数>外叶数>开展度>叶球重>紧实度>中心柱长。各性状间都存在一定的相关性,其中叶球重与开展度呈极显著正相关,紧实度与外叶数呈显著正相关。紧实度和中心柱长适于优势育种(早代选择效果差);而其余性状适于常规育种(且早代选择效果好)。The analysis on correlations of some characters and estimates of heritability and combining ability was carried out by 3×5 incomplete dialel cross method with 8 parents. It showed that there are significant differences in the GCA of various parents and the SCA of various crosses have the same results. Analysis of total combining ability indicated that 4 crosses were better in head weight than other tested;the sequence of heritability was following as head-shape-index>the mumber of exterior leaves>leaves-expanse>head weigth>density of head>core length; All characters have some correlations and there is a highly significant positive correlation between the head weight and leaves-expanse, between the density of head and the number of exterior leaves. The overwhelming characters are fit for normal crossbreeding(but the early-selection is not so efficient) except density of head and core length, which are fit for helerosis-cross-breeding(and early-selection is efficient).
