摘　　要：文章就高校学报青年编辑面临的问题做了总结和概括,如心理不稳定,人际关系不协调;身兼多职,精力不足;编辑素质提高途径有限,且法律意识淡薄;职称评审条件苛刻;物质条件没有足够保障;论文评审大多只定量,不定性等,期望通过各方努力使编辑境况得到改善。Colleges and Universities to the problems facing young editors made a summary and generalization, such as mental instability, interpersonal disharmony; play multiple roles, lack of energy; improve the quality of editing is limited, and the weak legal consciousness; title stringent selection criteria ; material conditions without adequate protection; paper review are merely quantitative, not qualitative, etc., expect to edit through the efforts of all parties to improve the situation.
