摘　　要：文章首先指出电子商务是产业知识化的具体体现,而绿色物流则是对应的产业生态化范畴,然后引入产业知识化与生态化的协同性理论,分析了电子商务与绿色物流的一致性与矛盾,并提出综合采用道德手段和经济手段来实现电子商务与绿色物流的整合与和谐共生,为电子商务与绿色物流和谐发展提供理论和政策依据。The E-Commerce is a concrete manifestation of industrial knowledge, and green logistics is a form of industrial ecology.With the collaborative theories of industrial knowledge and industrial ecology, analysis of the consistency and contradictions of E-Commerce and green logistics, and make comprehensive use of moral and economic instruments to achieve the integration of e-commerce and green logistics, to provide policy basis on the harmonious development of e-commerce and green logistics.
