新型农村合作医疗的调查与思考——以湖北省宜都市为例

摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗制度是新时期解决农民看病难,看不起病,因病致贫的状况,促进我国和谐社会的构建和新农村建设的一项重要社会保障制度。通过对新型农村合作医疗试点县市湖北省宜都市的调查发现,宜都市新农合制度得到了较好的实施,成效显著,部分解决了农民看不起病,因病致贫的问题。但也存在一些不足,还需要在实践中不断完善与创新。The new rural cooperative medical care system is an important social security system established to solve the farmers＂ medical problem, aiming to contribute to the construction of harmonious society and the new country- side construction. According to a survey conducted in Yidu, Hubei province, the new medical care system is properly implemented in this city and has achieved the desined result, helping the farmers solve the problem of not affording a disease and of disease resulting in poverty. But there are still some defects that need to be improved and innovated in practice.
