国内专题专利数据库的现状特点及发展建议

摘　　要：通过对目前国内科技领域的专题专利数据库进行分析研究,得出了专题专利数据库具有的十大特点:(1)专题专利数据库开发建设起步较晚,但发展较快;(2)用户委托是专题专利数据库的重要开发原由;(3)自主开发是主要开发方式;(4)原始数据的获取方式因服务机构类型而异;(5)多种提取方式结合运用是专题数据库原始数据提取的主要方法;(6)专题专利数据库的主要类型是有全文链接的文摘数据库;(7)专题专利数据库对法律状态、同族专利、引证专利等特定信息的揭示不够;(8)专题数据库大多未进行数据加工和标引,甚至是翻译;(9)多数专题数据库提供统计分析功能,一些数据库还提供特定检索功能;(10)企业和科研机构是数据库的主要用户。在此基础上,为我国专题专利数据库的发展提出一些建议。The subject- oriented patent databases in the science and technology field within China were thoroughly analyzed and investigated. Some characteristics of these patent databases were concluded as follows ： （ 1 ） the establishment and development of subject - oriented patent databases were comparatively slow, but With a fast speed; （2） one of the important reasons why subject - oriented patent databases were constructed was the entrustment from the clients; （3） subject -oriented patent databases were mainly developed independently; （4） the access of original data differed among different types of service agencies; （5） the way to abstract original data for subject- oriented patent databases was the combination of various abstract methods; （6） the main kind of subject - oriented patent databases was the abstract database with the fulltext links; （7） special information, such as legal status, patent families, patent citation, was not fully described in the subject- oriented patent databases; （8）data processing and indexing, and even the translation was not carried out in the subject - oriented patent databases; （9） statistical analysis was provided in most subject- oriented patent databases, and some even with special retrieval functions; （10） industries and research institutes were the main users of the subject - oriented patent databases. Based on these comparisons, some suggestions were proposed on how to promote subject- oriented patent databases.
