双氟磺草胺的液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定双氟磺草胺,使用C18不锈钢柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈+水为流动相,用外标法对试样中的双氟磺草胺进行分析和测定。双氟磺草胺标准偏差为0.197,变异系数为0.206%,平均回收率为99.6%。A method was developed for the determination of florasulam by HPLC on C18 column with UV - absorbance detector, and the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and water. Quantitative analysis of effective ingredients was carried out using external standard method. The results demonstrated that the standard deviation was 0. 197, the variation coefficient was 0. 206% , the average recovery was 99.6%.
